Tina and Wendy Karhoffer:
Our heartfelt condolences to your family. Mary was a great friend to our mom Josie at Westview Lodge. We have many crafts that Mary worked on for the Lodge sales. We will always remember her warm and generous spirit.
Theresa Kirwer:
I lived across the alley from Mary and Percy when they lived in the duplex in Wetaskiwin. I still remember listening to Percy play in the evenings - it helped settle my little ones as they were getting off to bed. Mary was a wonderful neighbour and I appreciated how patient she was with my children, especially my youngest who had a tendency to wander - right over to Mary’s for cookies. I am living in this neighbourhood again and have often wondered what had happened to Mary after Percy passed. My condolences to all of you - I hope your memories sustain you during this time!
Heather and George Loomer:
We met Mary when she had just come to Rocky. She joined us in tying quilts at Westview Lodge. She was a very friendly amazing lady. Our thoughts are with you in your loss.
