Ryan Kirkby:
I had the pleasure of getting to know Colten during his time in early recovery. He was truly a loving young man with a big generous heart and a no-nonsense approach in communication. He treated me with respect and kindness, and we had a lot of laughs and good talks. I was shocked to hear of his passing. I feel I was deeply impacted by Colten and his genuineness. As others have commented above, I feel comforted by the fact that he is with his grandpa Don on the other side. Colten, you will be missed.
John Meyer:
I was shocked to hear about Colten's passing today. We shared some interesting adventures...snowboarding at Sunshine, canoeing on the North Saskatchewan River and the Kananaskis River, lots of camping...Colten was full of life. And an amazing artist. He will be missed. Peace to his family!
